Hunter Morpeth Motel & Villas – from Sydney, at the end of the F3, turn left on to the New England Highway and head towards Maitland and Singleton.  Take a right in East Maitland on to Melbourne Street, which leads to Morpeth Road and follow up into the suburb of Raworth.  Raworth Avenue can be found on the right hand side.  Turn up and follow for about 300 meters, when you will find Hunter Tennis Resort and Morpeth Lodge Motel situated on the left hand side.
